Fees

With IRIS KashFlow, there are two pricing plans that will suit most business needs. They are aimed at different types of business (sole trader/contractor/small business or larger businesses/limited company), so you will know immediately which one to choose, as soon as you browse their website.

The Starter plan costs £12.50 /month + VAT or £150 /year + VAT and is intended for small businesses, sole traders, and contractors. If this is your choice, you will get 10 invoices and unlimited quotes per month, up to 25 bank transactions to reconcile and one single user per account. 

The Business plan costs £25.50 /month + VAT or £270 /year + VAT and, as KashFlow claims, is perfect for growing businesses as well as limited companies. It’s also worth mentioning here that this is the one plan that IRIS KashFlow themselves recommend out of the three they offer.

Should this be your choice, you will enjoy unlimited quotes and invoices, unlimited bank transactions, and multiple users per account. 

At the time of writing, they offer 90% off for the fist 6 months on any of the plans, which is a good deal and you get a 14-day free trial to test it out.

None of the packages seem to include payroll features. However, they have a dedicated payroll software called Staffology Payroll. There isn’t much information about it on their website, but it does appear that it’s a different software from their accounting software.

And it doesn’t mention it being integrated with they accounting software either. Finally, they don’t mention the fees for the payroll software, which is a bit weird.

IRIS KashFlow Reviews From Customers:

IRIS KashFlow have some mixed reviews – so it’s worth taking them with a pinch of salt. On G2, the company is rated 4/5 stars, with most customers praising it for how simple and easy the software is to use. However, their Trustpilot rating currently stands at 3.9/5 stars from over 3,000 reviews.

Only 68% of reviews gave 4* or above and 25% are 1* reviews. Most of these negative reviews complain about bad customers service and trouble with getting issues resolved. There’s also a number of customers from a different payroll software that was acquired by IRIS, which seems to have issues now.

While the majority of customers seem happy, the rather large proportion of negative comments is a concern, which even glowing reviews can’t fully shake off.

I love how you can access your files from anywhere at any time as well, And you can store however many files you want/ need space for. And nothing gets deleted.

One of the great things about it is that IRIS KashFlow is cheaper than other similar pieces of software on the market. This will indeed make it perfect for you if you have a small business or a startup.

Apart from that, IRIS KashFlow offers a free 14 day trial to get a feel of the software, and a 90% discount for the first 6 months. Taking advantage of these offers, you will have plenty of time to make friends with the software and decide if it’s the right fit for you or not.

IRIS KashFlow also has a large number of apps and add-ons that you can enjoy. The Disadvantages
